Bentley Residences - A Luxury Residential Development On Sunny Isles Beach
South Florida’s number one real estate developer, Dezer Development, has teamed up with Luxury motor manufacturer, Bentley, to develop the world’s first Bentley-branded residential tower. The luxurious dwellings will be situated on Sunny Isles Beach, at 18401 Collins Avenue.
Sieger Suarez Architects have been given the design project, and they are a world-renowned team. Dezer and Suarez Architects previously collaborated on the Porsche Design Tower. Suarez also worked on Residences by Armani/Casa, another iconic real estate project.
More than 200 residences are planned for Bentley Residences, and they will be completed to the highest quality of design and construction. The tower will stand 749 feet, spanning sixty stories, making it the tallest residential tower on any U.S. beachfront.
The development will have no expense spared in terms of luxury, and every residential unit will come with its own pool and sauna. But, of course, the level of luxury is reflected in the price, and owning a Bentley Residence will cost you somewhere in the range of $4-6 million.
Bentley’s condo team played a significant role in designing both the interiors of the residences and the outside of the building. Their input has resulted in the ultimate statement of exclusivity and privacy; an in-unit multi-vehicle garage. This innovative feature means you can park your car alongside your apartment, regardless of what floor you’re on! In addition, access to upper levels is via a patented car elevator, surely making this development the ultimate in luxury for any car enthusiast.
With your car safely stored alongside your apartment, you can relax and enjoy some of the other luxurious communal features of your Bentley Residence. These include a gym, cinema, pool, restaurant, whisky bar, lounge, cabanas, and gorgeous landscaped gardens.
Bentley Residences’ innovative design means you can enjoy incredible views of the ocean and bayside. These stunning vistas are accessed thanks to the building’s cylindrical design structure and floor-to-ceiling windows. Other aspects of the design include features inspired by the surrounding environment, allowing you to embrace the space and feel connected with your surroundings.
Bentley Motors CEO, Adrian Hallmark, stated that the development “accurately reflects Bentley’s modern and progressive brand” in its interior and exterior design features. In addition, he believes that the concept of Bentley Residences development is authentic, sustainable, and innovative. Adrian says that Bentley partnered with Dezer to create a development that reflected the Bentley philosophy and provides residents with an extraordinary living experience in line with the Bentley brand.
Dezer Development President Gil Dezer was delighted to team up with Bentley on this unique development project. Bentley Residences is another ‘first’ for Dezer in the Miami real estate market, and he viewed the project as an “extraordinary opportunity.” Dezer is well-accustomed to altering the South Florida real estate market through brand partnerships. They consider Bentley Residences to be a “true game-changer” in terms of luxury living.
